This place is filth!! Dolly has gotten down pat the smiling "No!!" -- She should become the next Capital One spokesperson b/c she does not get anything done other than saying "NO". Her lapdog -- the tanned bimbo -- she is fake and claims to be on top of things. Rude, uncooperative management and an elevator that always breaks down. A Lawsuit waiting to happen!! Oh, by the way, I love the dents to my vehicle while parked in the heated indoor parking lot.

Hey, if I looked like Dolly, I'd be bitter and trying to make peoples' lives miserable, too. but thank god I don't. You're not an ------- - just honest. Most of the excellent reviews here sound the same and seem to come from the same person.
