I enjoyed living at this apartment building until the new building manager took over. ..for example, I was told by the doorman that I could not bring up my luggage on the luggage cart. The doorman mentioned that the Manager (Dolly) said that you can't bring up luggage on the carts anymore, only groceries. I was shocked because I am partially disabled.
This is an example of how this apartment building has become an undesireable place to live.
