My fiance and I have refrained from posting negative comments about this building despite being frequently annoyed with the management--until now. My fiance accidentally locked himself out of our apartment this evening and called our on-site maintenance man for assistance. He agreed to open the door with his key--for a $35 dollar charge!!! This is the first time we've needed our door opened for us and we were not requesting the locks be replaced. We simply wanted the door opened with the master key. This is the great service your hard-earned dollar buys you at the Belmont House!

It seems reading the contract they signed is not part of there business practices. It got to make you wonder if this is the cause of their other concerns.
