Belmont House

This is a quality building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I agree with the previous post about the unreasonable negative comments. I don't see how someone could say this building and management are bad. It was renovated within the past 10 years and is maintained by the 24 hour staff. In my last Chicago apartment, the manager would yell at me when I requested that something be fixed in my apartment. It was really nice to move to the Belmont House and be treated with respect. They write down your request, then a maintenance staff member shows up usually the same day. Even on the weekends. The management staff has always been very nice and helpful. If you approach them with a problem respectfully, I am sure they will work with you to sort it out. There are new washers and dryers, including two oversized dryers. The price is more than reasonable for the area and amenities included. I think the Belmont House is a gem and I'm very glad I moved here.
