I JUST MOVED IN A FEW MONTHS AGO AND THE BELMONT HOUSE IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.

I READ ALL OF THE BAD COMMENTS AND I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE STAFF AND BE SO RUDE. I THINK THE OFFICE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO NICE (MINDY AND SAMNATHA ALWAYS GREET WITH A SMILE.) MINDY RENTED TO ME, SHE IS SUCH A NICE PERSON AND I'M GLAD I MOVED HERE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APART. CONTACT HER.

WHEN I MOVED IN I HAD A CLOGGED DRAIN IT WAS FIXED RIGHT AWAY(DOLLY MANAGER HAD SOMEONE FIX IT IN LESS THEN 24). I LOVE IT AND I AM GLAD A RENTED HERE..
