While some people have complained about the maintenance and the staff, I have nothing but praise for them.
If I had a problem with something, I would call downstairs and the maintenance person would be up within an hour.
Excellent staff, lots of activities for residents, beautiful views, and friendly neighbors.
My only complaint is that the walls are rather thin, so it is easy to hear noise from the adjacent apartments.
Also the valet parking is annoying.
I think one of the valet guys broke the automatic gears on my window.
They were always opening my windows when I had them closed.

Just wait seriously thought all the same things you did also. Still Love Mindy, but wait till you deal with Dolly and all the students. For what we pay we should not be living around a bunch of careless students.
