I have live at the Belmont house for four years. I have just happily renewed my lease for another year. The building is very well maintained. The maintanace staff is totally on point whenever I called to have something fixed it is done either the same day or the next. The office staff I see everyday when getting on the pet elevator, and is always nice and friendly. I have read all of the reviews speaking about Dolly, I have encounterd her many times over the years and she has never come off as being fake to me, however I do pay my rent on time and have never given her a reason to speak to me as though I was "5yrs old and naughty."
