The office staff are incompetent and not the most intelligent. They have no idea what they are doing; each one will give you a different answer to the same question. I have many friends throughout the apartment and no one likes them. The other staff is great, but they don't like the office girls either, go figure. They ruin the whole experience of living here; don't do it! Also, I've heard from someone that used to work at the Belmont House, that the office staff goes on this website and writes things to try and make their selves look better. Obviously with a rating of 63%, they are not doing so well.

I have read all the other comments and Yikes you must not have anything better to do with your life. It's so sad that you talk about Dolly,Mindy like that. Probably because they can't write anything back to you. It would be funny to actually see you go down to the office and say that ---- to their faces. I bet money on it that you would not say anything. I think Dolly, Mindy have rules that they have to follow and you are just pissed off because they said no to you. Why don't you just move out?????????????????I will tell you why, it's because the building is wonderful......... please other readers don't listen to Yikes....

I am just stating an opinion that clearly many others have as well. I think it is sad that you don't respect our opinions. After all, isn't the purpose of a blog to show peoples opinions? The other readers don't have to listen to me/us - again, to help you out, THIS WEBSITE IS BASED ON OPINIONS, there is no need to get so oddly offensive. It is selfish of you to think it is okay for you to give your opinion, but not for anyone else! It’s also sad and a bit weird how rude you are being over a simple opinion (that again, is the same as many others). Also, just a note, I never once mentioned anyone’s name.

I moved out last month. The rent was outrageous. The men always having sex in the alley behind the building is not the view I was hoping for.

trust me...i've talked to lots of other residents at the belmont house, and they've shared the same opinion about that female dog who's management here. none of them liked her, and they've all commented on her insincerity and bad attitude. she brings all this upon herself, and it's her own damn fault.

This place is a sorority house for dorks. It's so annoying. They all just hang out in the office and in the way of the hall and mailroom, having the audacity to look at you with a glare because you actually want them to move. Commonsense here people!
