If you want to be kept up all night by a barking dog then this is the place for you. I live on a non-dog floor and I hear the womens dog in 306. I would understand if I lived on a dog floor but I don't. I don't know how the people on the 2,3, and 4th floor can stand it. I have complained to the management office repeatedly and nothing is done. Dolly just smiles and say's "I'll take care of it". I understand that dogs bark but this is from 3:30am to 7:30am every night. The doormen are sick of sending someone up to the unit to see what is going on. I will now start calling the police.

I understand your frustration but be realistic. you gave the overall building a rating of one but you're own chioces average a little over a 3 for overall appeal. Just because one tentant has a pycho dog doesn't make this building unappealing for all it other qualities
