I lived in the Belmont house 3 years ago and waited a while before voicing my opinion about this grossly overpriced obnoxious piece of property. This place is junk. They tell you that there is a concierge breakfast which really consist of 3 muffins and an orange if you get there before the early birds you might be able to get a cup of coffee. Mindy could care less about your problems just as long as they get there money. The laundry room in the basement is scary and dimly lit its like a scene of out a bad movie. Basically do not rent from here, it may look nice from the outside and the lobby way but after a week of living there you'll see what its really like.
Oh and dont let me forget the parking garage attendents that sleep through the alarm when you pull up to the door and you have to call the doorman to go wake him up so you can get your car inside for the $200 a month for parking.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I am a resident an live at the Belmont for over 2 years. The coffee runs from 6 am to 11am, so I don't know what your talking about. The laundry room is very bright and it also has a camera. The parking just went up, so you must of just moved out.........
I think it is Mindy's job to get the rent money. Your suppose to pay your rent. You must not know her to think she does not care, she is the reason we moved in.......
