while the building is in a great location, it is NOT worth the cost and headaches. Parking in this building is a complete nightmare. You will pay to have your car destroyed and no one will take responsibility for it. Everything is changing in the building and not for the better- what once was a safe place to live is no longer the case. And for what you pay, you can get much more elsewhere.
