What a dump!

Stay away from this hole, the management company ios completely oblivious to the absolute state of disrepair of this garabe dump with windows. We still have RCN cable with 40 channels, hallways that smell like garbage and a management company based in Skokie who is owned by a money grubbing old coot, who still his first dollar. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

It is a dump,it still stinks and we still only have RCN Analog cable for $54.00 a month.

Yeah! This place pretty much sucks. Bob the building engineer doesn't know his head from his arse. He just enjoys the perks of his free apartment & walking his dog, which is the only thing we've EVER seen that man do in all the years we've lived there. The building manager is a be-yotch with a capital B. It takes FOREVER to fix major problems like serious leaks. So some minor problems are just completely ignored. We've only ever seen 2 of the maintenance staff (Duke & Abi) do ANY work. We have found that only threats of lawyers motivates anyone to do anything. Oh and if you complain about the issues you're deemed a"problem tenant".
Recently they've changed the lock system to key fobs. And if your name isn't on the lease you can't get one. So people like our children who need access to get into the building after school or are checking on elderly parents are screwed. They either have to wait for someone to let them in or try & ring the office to buzz them in. The later never works because most of the time Laurie the ---- manager isn't in the office or she doesn't answer the phone. We also love the fact that Laurie gets to have cookouts on the sundeck. Loud music, drunk guests, and a trail of litter swirling around our parking garage for days after that the residents are expected to put up with. Yet she will reprimand our children for playing up there. How do they get away with the things they do with HUD?

Totally not true. The building is not great but dissent. The Maintenance supervisor helped fixing my leaking in the kitchen immediately and without he???s knowledge the building would fall apart. They do replace all smaller items in the apartments instantly and wait for the upper management to approve the bigger issues. It is sad that people without any mechanical knowledge comment on the ones that have one. In this building you will get what you paid for and even more. If it???s so bad why didn???t you move out for so long? I tell you why, because you can???t find in this area, this kind of the apartment for the money that you are paying.
