Wow, I can't believe some one would complain about the building being too secure. I, as a resident, don't want anyone who is not on the lease and had a background check to have a key FOB.

About the building - My apartment is VERY quiet. I came from a place that had wood floors that you could hear everything from above and below so this is a very good change of pace! The building is at 100% capacity (with no one moving out - I tried to get someone else in but didn't have any luck) so you know they are doing it right. There is DirecTV in the building now which is awesome. The building manager was EXTREMELY professional (and and very good looking by the way) when I moved in and I have not had any problems except for a leaky water hose on the toilet (which was fixed the same day). They put new carpet in before I moved in (the old carpet was really dirty) and I was able to get a parking space right away.

By the way - the view is spectacular. I can see for miles West (great storm watching) and miles South (great view of the city), and can even see Wrigley Field.
