I'll admit there are some things that would be nice just as there would be anywhere. But all-in-all, this is a good place to live! The only thing that I could say is an issue is rain leaking into the western facing apartments (but, to be honest, this only happens when the winds are gale force and I know for a fact that they are working on correcting this issue). Yeah, there are sometimes different smells in the hallways (different people cook differently) and some light noise (believe me when I tell you that I used to be VERY finicky about noise, but here it is mostly intermittent and light).

I would be remiss by not mentioning the very nice and professional office staff. Whenever I have an issue, they are very prompt about having it resolved (within reason). Again, nice place to live, minor issues, nothing to get worked up over.
