are you kidding From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007   Ever since we got new management a couple of years ago the building is going down hill if thats possible. -They failed to remove the 16" snow on the upper deck parking garage last year and it froze solid. It remained a dangerous hazard for 3 weeks -Mayor Blandic lost his seat in office as Mayor for a lot less than that. -They know the building is going condo in 2 years and lie and deny it so they can keep the builing full{also they are doing some purely COSMETIC work and bandaides} -The elevators malfunction quite often -The parking lot is fairly dark and dangerous and theft from parked cars common. -The windows have not been washed in 2 years ,used to be every 6 Months. -The HOT water in the laundry room is COLD to save money. -They fired the security service on weekends when crime is up in the neighborhood. -They are allowing tennants to loiter and drink late at night on the front steps. -EXTREMELY NOISEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! _ building is basically falling apart and should be torn down
