After the new management kicked in the building is a disaster. New tenants of the section 8 of the building probably had no proper check up meaning drug tests etc .., this is ridiculous how they got in the building. The regular and old tenants are very much concerned about the safety overall. Since the management let them in the building we only have burglaries and robberies which we never had with the old management. The lady that was doing her job they fired and got a new one which was a tiff and know we have an incompetent young guy who is moving out of the building too. Can you imagine why, he is concerned about the safety of he s kids too. We are afraid to get in to the elevators. As a tenants, lot of these issues we should bring up to media and even have some law suits against this type of management and tenants treatment.
Just to add to the mess of the building they started the garage repair in the middle of the winter with 3 day notice because the inspector threatened with the fine. What where they waiting and what are the people supposed to do and how to find parking in this neighborhood. Everything is just proving my statement of very bad management. This is not the building to move in, not until they change the management company.

By the way the quckie mart on the 1st floor of 510 W Belmont was robbed twice in 2 weeks once IN Dec 08 and Jan-09 and both times it was in broad daylight Thanks for filling the building up with HOODIES-Manangement---now no one but hoodies wants to live here anymore.
