In response to the comment below: I have been a tenant here for more than five years and things got only better with the new management. Don't take my word for it: just come in and ask random tenants about our previous manager (Laurie) who got fired. I do not have any personal problems with her and I appreciate some of the renovations that were done during her time, but if you had any problems about your unit a lot of times she would just literally SCREAM at your face without single provocation. The new management person at least listens to you, takes your complaints seriously and do not try to forget them after ten minutes.
In overall I would recommend this place for its exceptional location, cheap parking (if available) and decent management although there is still a lot to improve in terms of quality of building material/fixtures and maintanance.

yes-- we do not have a drunk mananger anymore and the new manager is a nice guy. He is merely a pawn on the chessboard of management! Also the Managing company did "ALL" cosmetic work new trees -grass and ceiling and floor tiles in the lobby for only one reason-to get the property ready to sell as condos--or just to sell. They have not made any significant physical improvement in any units-facilities-utilities or where safety is concerned Property management companies that do all cosmetic improvements --DON'T DO IT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TENNANTS They do it because people buy things by how good they "LOOK" This new management is also responsible for filling the building with ---less then desireable --neighbors! They cleaned out the hood and planted them all here! Rumor has it the building is for sale again and the resident manager is moving out which makes you wonder--why is that?
