Make sure you rent a unit that faces Clark street or Buckingham Place. I lived here for two years and enjoyed it very much. Most friends and guests thought it was a condo. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath facing Clark. If it weren't for the fact that my relationship ended I would have stayed. I even tried finding a room mate. My dish washer broke and they fixed it right away. The walls are thin but you have a great location and so close to the Belmont Station. Better suited for younger or outgoing people who don't mind ocassional parties in the building. If you know someone who was a good tenant, they might give you a discount but they have new management so not a given.
