I lived here for almost a year and I never had a problem. I am currently renting from another apartment complex, but in the suburbs, which costs a lot more and it is considered a luxury facility. It is horrible! I have had nothing but problems! (talk about rude and unhelpful people)
Canterbury is in a great location. Fine, it is an older property, but still nice.
Sure, it is loud due to the bars, but noise is anywhere you go.
I would recommend this place again.
