Good overall From: rkbuchman Date posted: 5/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   The facilities are very well-maintained and clean. Located between Harrison St., Ashland Ave., and I-290, so the traffic noise was unbearable to me. You'll also hear at least one siren an hour because it's across the street from 4 emergency rooms. Staff is very friendly and maintenance orders are serviced immediately. Parking is included in the rent, and the lots are convenient and safe. Armed security guards constantly circle the complex and respond to security calls very quickly. Whole complex well-lit. Lots of trees and flowers. Price is fantastic for everything you get--great place as long as noise doesn't bother you too much (though some buildings are significantly noisier than others, depending on how close they are to the roads listed above.
