This place has ridiculously expensive rent for what you get. i have asked them to repair my unit air conditioner 10 times, to no avail. the heat is SO expensive in the winter, the walls are concrete, there's NO dishwasher. the only plus is outdoor parking is plentiful. to live there in this summer heat and pay that much money is awful. my heating bills for a 1 bedroom apt were $130/month and i left it off 16 hours/day! you can't control how much heat comes out either. this apt building is very depressing and i would never live here again.
