Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I lived at Chestnut Tower from 2003-2007 and loved it. I had a dog, and the pet area was fantastic. Can't beat the friendly tenants and staff. The location was wonderful and I walked all over the downtown area. The apartment isn't the nicest as far as luxuries go, but for the location you can't beat it. Forgot to mention the in-unit washer and dryer which is so hard to find in an apartment in Chicago!! I moved because I relocated to Atlanta, but I do miss living there sometimes!
