My apartment was broken into twice, there is not enough security to patrol the complex, too many section 8 people to break in while you are at work, alarm systems don't work, people jump the gate from Roosevelt and Ashland to get into the complex without being noticed, muggings, rat problems, did I say not enough SECURITY! I hate I ever moved there. The police might as well build a station in the middle of the complex like they did in Cabrini Green.
