Enjoyed living there!

I lived there for a year in a studio, then in a 1 bed room for 1.5 years.
I thoroughly enjoyed but had to move to the suburb after marriage.
The area is safe and the location is superb.

Rooms 3-6 face the south and have unobstructed beautiful view of the Chicago river and the Lake. It is truly amazing. Rooms 7-9 are close to garbage chute and may have some odor in the hallway.

I never waited for more than a few minutes for the elevator.
As the building is in a kind of cul-de-sac, getting in and out of the indoor parking is easy. Lake Shore Drive is just a few minutes away. The maintenance fixed all problems within the same day. I got free carpet cleaning for renewing the lease.

I agree that the kitchen amenities are not most up-to-date. However, they are sufficient.

If I am to move back to downtown, I will definitely go back to Cityfront.
