What everyone says is TRUE (all the bad things)

I lived at Cobbler Square for two years and some things did impress me others let me down.
Lets start with the bad items
1)90% of the Parking Garage/Package Room staff is extremely rude especially the managers. No customer service skills what so ever! Which is disappointing considering the amount you pay to park.
2)Noise level in the apartments is VERY HIGH. You can literally hear you neighbor sneeze. So be prepared for everyone to know you business.
3)Parking Garage rates have increased 3 times over my two years
4)Something is ALWAYS broken: the fountain in the courtyard, elevator, doors (yes door! Some don't open), the hot tub, the sundeck. You name it!
5)The Laundry Room is a major problem. All machines will eat your money a some point. Plus half the machine don't work.
6)Your on your own if anything happens to your can in the parking garage. My car had over $10,000 worth of damage due to the fault of construction works in the garage and the garage management didn't offer any help in remedying the situation. In fact they wouldn't help even upon request.
Good Items
1)Property management and maintenance in great. Very friendly people.
2)Location: Old Town is a great place to be in the summer
3)Storage, Storage, Storage. You can fit almost anything about you bathroom of in you closets with the tall ceilings.
4)New Appliances, new floors, carpet cleaning and pest control.
All in all the property is average for the price, but nothing great. You can find better places for the money!
