Cobbler Square Apartments

just alright From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Cobbler is a nice place when you first see it. but living there, you shortly start to dislike the place. The walls are paper thin.. I can actually hear my neighbors' phone conversations at times. And wait til it's friday or saturday and everyone's playing their stereos, I felt like I was back in the dorms. The windows are not sealed tight at all.. There's a huge draft and watch out if it's really windy out. The other tenants are fake nice or just plain rude. And everything IS always broken.. from half of the washers/dryers, or the elevator, to the roof leaking (either in the lobby or even in your apt.) Nice place to live short term, but no way would I ever buy a place here. The neighborhood's great, but I'm sure there are better places to buy a home. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
