I have lived in two different apts at Cobbler and it is a great experience for me. The manager talked me into trying out another apt and I have and I enjoy it alot. I love that there is a 24 hr doorman and garage attendant. I highly recommend Cobbler Square in a great neighborhood!

You clearly lied (or possibly you work in the management office) if you gave noise an excellent rating. No one in their right mind could deny how awful the noise problem is. Also, what is the point of a doorman that lets anyone in, and people have their apartments broken into while they take out their garbage?
