I have lived at cobbler for 3 years now I love the community here I have meet some really cool people who I would consider my friends now! When I moved to the city I was looking for something different I didn't want to be right down town in the traffic filled area and I didn't want to be in a area where I could not feel a since of community and I found that at cobbler. The staff was really cool. Carol, Wynette, and Victor you guys rock!! Thanks for helping Wme me find my new home I will stay here until I buy again. Just 20 min walk to the
Water tower and 10 walk to the lake...I'm hoping they go condo so I can buy

I used to live there until I moved to Minnesota and enjoyed my two years at Cobbler Square.

Once again, there is no way noise could get an excellent rating in this building. Obviously management is posting these reviews. Come on now, how dumb do you think we are.
