Not everyone is young, and you young people are NOT considerate of those who don't want to live your loud, rude lifestye. The building should be fine for all age levels. Serious work regarding the noise pollution emanating from this building needs to be addressed. I saw dangerous thug types going in and out of there. I bet living under them is a stomping nightmare.

How do you propose management screen potential tenants? The way they dress? Their age? If they don't have a criminal history and their references check out, it would be discriminatory to say we can't rent to you because you look like a thug.
