Beautiful old building in awesome part of city. Inside the building it makes you feel as if you're not in the city at all. Never had any problems with management, except when we were moving out they kept wanting to show our apartment. I work nights and sleep during the day, which I told them many times, so that was a little aggravating. Maintenance was o.k. Our heater was broken in the dead of winter for several weeks and it took them at least 3 weeks to fix it completely. Management did offer us the guest suite, though, while it was broke. Our apartment faced Wells St., so it did get pretty noisy at times. Walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbors talking and playing music quite frequently. I wasn't bothered by it too much, though. All in all a nice place to live.

So, it's ok to be without heat for 3 weeks, and told to move out of your rental unit. I am not sure, but I would guess that would rate a lower rating from me. Isabel2780, do you work for the management? I lived here and had nothing but problems with the maintenance and the management. I have lived at at least ten different properties, without any issue, until I met the management at cobbler square.
