Last weekend was Halloween weekend, and the gongs on there are indicative of the severe noise problems occurring in this building. At 3 a.m. a half-naked man was dancing outside with a pumpkin, then threw it against the sidewalk, upon entering the building. Who is moving into this building' It seems like a glorified dorm, party central. I am thinking of complaining to the alderman about this building.

This building is cool and great location. Wells Street and other locations in Chicago are going to have people having fun on Halloween. I do not think it is fair to say it is the buildings fault. I live here and love it a lot.

Wells Street is a busy street, what with the restaurants and bars. There is only so much background check management can do before lease signing. It's not management's fault if people go overboard with their partying outside. If the partying in their own apartments are disturbing you, call the front desk or even the police. I've had no problem with immediate responses. These people won't last very long if people complain about them.
