This use to be Dr. Scholl's shoe factory and Cobbler is such a cool building. I am an artist and I love the flair of the building and the apts here. I have lived here going on three years and I do not want to own. I enjoy the staff and maitenance crew. What a great street... Wells Street. I highly recommend Cobbler Square. I love how the office staff wants you to meet others in the building and are always smiling. They have great coffee too!

Isabel2780, you have to work for the management company. The noise in these units is UNBEARABLE, you can hear everything, I mean everything your nieghbors say or do. The management is rude and does the absolute minimum maintence. Yes, the building is cool, and the units look nice, and that's why it is such a shame. DON'T MOVE IN, YOU WILL REGRET IT, I DO! Read all of these reviews, not just the ones the management wrote.
