Smells like smoke from neighbors. Sounds like douche bag parties next door and upstairs. Security doesn't call you themselves if you have a guest, they make the guests use their cell phones to call you. I'll admit they're friendly but doesn't that sound lazy' Just an overall frustrating experience and I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE EXPIRES. Management doesn't even try to address any concerns. Since moving in MONTHS ago, the maintenane issues have not been fixed and we stare at our apartment and shake our heads.

If you have a local phone number, security will call you when guests/deliveries arrive. If you don't (like me), you have two options: either register the friends with security so they'll allowed to come up, or call down to security yourself and let them know that they're coming.
