Cobbler Square Apartments

Stay Away! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I would stay away from Cobbler Square. Do not live here just for the location because it will be a big mistake. The management staff is terrible and they will just try to take advantage of you. They will enter your apartment while you are away without even telling you. I didn't know until one of the managers commented on how they liked something in my apartment. Also, they are very unresponsive. I lived there for a year with a leaky roof and all they did was bring me a bucket to catch the water. They just don't care about you. I lived there for only a year and it was the WORST experience that I have ever had renting. The apartments are old, they need updates, they are expensive and the management staff is awful. Take an extra day while looking and you will find many more better options.
