Mess of a building...

I live in a corner unit and lound is an understatement - every Thursday, Friay, Saturday and some Wednesdays and Sundays we are awoken at 3 a.m. by drunken fights, screams, brawls in the common area and some go on for 20-30 minutes. Our neighbor has a soundsystem where we have to turn our t.v. up if he is watching an action movie, and when he isn't we hear his phone conversations ... everyone smokes in the hallways, the staff is terrible, actually BEYOND terrible - we have had the same issues w/ our place for months, let it go and then again tried to get them to come out and fix it - when they did it was done in a way that wasn't even worth them coming - each time maintenance comes in they leave the place filthy - we have been threatened to be fined due to not giving them our renters insurance when in fact we have sent it to them numerous times and when asked to verify if they receive it, they never do ...
The interior also needs some serious updates to pay what they are asking in rent - especially the bathrooms...
All in all this is a terrible building, in a great location, or a building if you love to party and don't have to get up and work M-F ... renters be ware

I completely agree. The staff is worst part about living here. Completely unresponsive. For example a puddle of leaking water formed in front of one of the managers apartment and it stayed there for an entire day.
