I lived here for 1 year. There are a multitudes of problems with the building. However, the maintenance staff is great. First, the garage smells like garbage towards the end of the week. By Sunday night, you can choke on it. Second, the security guards are either asleep, listening to music, on their cell phones, or not even there. Also, my 2 bedroom apartment leaked every time we got significant rain. Puddles in the living room. Management was very kind in cleaning it up. Also, lots of bugs, spiders, etc. Ants were all over the second bedroom. You generally do not hear your neighbors, but you will hear the elevators.
