Overall my experience with this company was mixed. Horrible move-in experience--the place was filthy and the previous tenant had not removed a significant number of their belongings. The place had not been painted and the carpet had been cleaned a mere two hours before I wanted to move in (on the 1st of the month).
My two years there were fine except for a persistant bug problem the six months that the management failed to attempt to fix. I finally got them to call an exterminator after calling several times a day. They then took the cost of this out of my deposit. After I gave my 90 day notice that I would be moving, I was ignored repeatedly when I asked for things to be fixed.
