Dearborn Plaza Apartments

a good value From: qwerty1983 Date posted: 8/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Have really enjoyed my experience at 1030 Dearborn. The management is very responsive and the maintenance is always quick. I have lived in this building for almost 1.5 years and always recommend it to friends. My studio is nice and a good value for the money. There are problems with the elevator but I understand that it is being given extensive repairs. There has been quite a bit of construction in the area but that is not this building's fault. Wonderful location, great people, I highly recommend it!
