This place offers high-rise living at half the cost (ok, and half the size). The front office staff is great, responsive, and has convenient office hours. There are many washers and dryers and a laundry shoot on every floor. The management responds to issues mostly the same day (plumbing, heat, etc). Aside from the small living space, it's above-adequate for downtown living for one person. The neighborhood is worth it alone. I lived here for 3 years and every out-of-towner who came to visit me there was amazed with the clean and modern apartments here. They were also amazed at the rent I was paying! The only thing that isn't so great right now is the massive construction going on across the street...
