Very friendly office staff who greet you with a smile. 2.) Quick maintenance repairs. 3.) Very clean building. 4.) Beautiful views of the city (ESPECIALLY THE ROOFTOP DECK!!!!) 5.) They have cute "resident gatherings" twice a year- huge cookouts and great holiday party. 6.) They have contests in which you can win movie tickets, gift cards, etc. 7.) They have a secure building- allowing each resident to "buzz" in with a key fob. 8.) The rent is dirt cheap for the area the building is located. 9.) Quick elevators. 10.) Quiet building.
