Can you say roach problem' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   There was always something wrong at this apartment building. The elevators were always out order, the stairwells smelled like garlic, the mail room smelled like nail polish remover, the doorman was unpleasant, I saw more than a few small cockroaches in the building, not to mention two in my own apartment. Are we in the Gold Coast or south of the border''' For a 20-floor apartment building, there were only three working washers and four dryers. My rent was cheap, but like they say, you get what you pay for.
