I have one month left of my one year lease with Dimensions. I am living in the terminals building in the south loop and have very mixed reviews about my experience. For the most part, the apartment was great. It's a great location for a great price. The apartment is quite large and I don't have any complaints on that end. Our building manager always answers his phone and sends help right away when needed (from what I hear we were lucky to get this building manager.) Now on to the negatives, which is only one but a real bad one = the staff. Refer to other other people's posts for the names of these two boneheads. They are completely unproffesional and downright rude. You would swear you were talking to a 6 year old in a 35 year olds body. They yell and throw hissy fits when things do not go their way. I noticed this from day one before I even signed my lease. I almost ripped the lease up in his face while he was berading me and my father in their crappy office on clark, however, i held back because the apartment itsself was too good to pass up. Thankfully you rarely, if ever, have to deel with these two goons after you have moved in. Overall = great building, horrendous office staff.
