Stay away From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I signed a 1 year lease and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all, the building smells, rent is overpriced big time, the manager of 2850 is very very disrespectful and the building was never clean. And, 1 month before I noved, my apartment was broken into and I had many valuable items stolen and the managment of the building could care less even though they were at fault for the break in. Please stay away!
