You pay, their employees will break in your place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have found management to be rude and condescending, and while 2850 was quiet when the building was mostly empty, it is now pretty loud and full of immature people. A friend of mine lives in the 420 Surf building that they also own, he works out of his apartment and while at home working one day, a "maintenance" employee tried his door, found it was unlocked, and let himself in the apartment. Bottom line to the person who'se place was broken in to: Probably by an employee!!
