STAY AWAY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   My roommate and I have lived at 2850 N Sheridan for almost a year now and this has been the worst year of living EVER. Upon moving in our apartment wasnt cleaned, painted, or anything fixed. Its cold in the winter, radiotors are loud as hell. Horror stories of peoples apts getting broken into. And the worst is the manager DINO is a big piece of $$$$$hit. Hes unfriendly, has not been helpful, our things do not get fixed. A side door to the building has been blocked off for well over two months now. To me with there being two exits seems as if this is a big fire hazard dont you think' Doorman is sleeping half the time. We were lied to about half the things upon moving in, by some women who no longer works here but theres plenty of other idiots that took her place. Overall DO NOT RENT HERE. Take your overpriced VINTAGE rent and go live on the streets, beter living conditions and less headache.
