Worse building ever!

In all of my renting experience, this has to be the worse. This building is old and shows it. Between the water stains, carpet stains, and the rank smell of beer and cigarettes, I'm amazed at how much they are charging me. I have been trying for the past 9 months to have an outlet fixed in my apartment and it has yet to be done. The heat in the winter is almost non-existent and I often had to leave the apartment in order to find heat.
The staff are beyond rude. I had arranged for someone to come in a feed my cats while on vacation and the woman at the front desk would not let the pet sitter in because they "weren't on the list of people authorized to enter." Once I called from several thousand miles away and asked them to look for the form I filled out, they found it. Because of the way the women treated the pet sitter I don't know if they'll ever watch my cats again.
The manager is rude and condescending and could care less about tenants concerns.
I wouldn't wish this building on the worse of enemies.
