Barry realty is TERRIBLE. I have lived in one of their buildings for almost 1 year now and everything has been terrible. The maintenance man will yell at you when he has to fix things (happened to me every time I had something break), the office staff are rude, and Dino, whatever he does, is one of the meanest individuals I have ever met. They lost my rent check and then tried to take me to court, forcing me to pay them almost $400 in fines when I had all the info to prove that I had paid the rent. These people are nasty and so are their buildings. Also - compared to other rentals in the area they are WAY overpriced. Stay away if you know what is good for you! Also - convicted sex offenders living in the building - check the illinios list online!
