How about the rats that chewed enormous holes under our kitchen sink' The pipe that burst on the top floor that trickled all the way down to my apartment on the 2nd and left my bathroom a nice shade of yellow; lack of heat; workout room where nothing worked; laundry where half the machine's were broken; the numerous break-in's in other's apartments while living there; overpriced for a 2 bedroom; the doorman asleep; etc. Need to say more'
