Great Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I've lived in this building for a few years now and it's been great to me. I work downtown, so it's a very easy commute for me and it's also perfect for spending the night out in Lakeview or Lincoln Park. The management staff has been great to me and is always very helpful. Sometimes the building engineers and maintenance do get busy, but that's part of living in an apartment. The residents have been great as well. I feel the price of rent is certainly worth it, especially when you consider the size of the room you get and the cost of other similar apartments in the area. If you are looking for a great location with a good value in the Lincoln Park area, I would fully recommend that you come and take a look at this building. My lease is up in July and I am without a doubt renewing it again.
