Very Posh, but beware of certain penalties

I lived in the Doral for 14 months and loved it. It's a 10-minute walk to all downtown attractions, and the concierge service is great. However, I had to break my lease unexpectedly and suffered some losses.
I was forced to pay the Doral $900 for them to "Market" my apartment. They did find a new tenant for the unit, but I had to move out a week before the end of the month. This was irritating, because I had paid for the entire month ($1720). This is probably true of most downtown, corporate-owned high-rises, but nonetheless irritating. Make sure you keep the unit in imacculate condition, as the cleaning and repair charges upon move-out can be murder on your security deposit.
Other than the move out mess, I was quite satisfied. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
